Do you have a local Tractor Supply? Join their "Neighbors Club" and become a "Preferred Member." Not sure how often you'll be needing a trailer, but your description doesn't sound like much. You're eligible for two free, full day trailer rentals a quarter - or eight times a year. I think you achieve this membership level by spending $500+ in a year with them. It's either their 6'x10' or 6'x8'. Otherwise it's like $15 to rent half a day.
