Why would you use two different tracks as an example when a literal carbon copy happened on lap one (or at least early in the race). The one where Lewis avoided an incident by bailing out and cutting the corner.

Because the stewards don't have a very good track record for applying appropriate blame and penalties in these types situations. That's why.

This is what I can't understand, Ricciardo saying Max would have helped Ham if he appeared injured in the walking pace collision yet not so forthcoming with anything vice versa like that with Ham after the Copse incident where Max's car was completely wrecked in 51G impact.

I can not understand how they (Hammy fans) can not see that MB (in the the hybrid power era) finished 1-2 in 14, 15 and 16 and then again in 19 and 20. Not to mention years of announcers talking about Mercedes dominance of the sport. It's car.

As you said, Hammy can drive and does indeed deserve recognition of such, but his 7 time WDC title is/was a gift.
