Pretty traditional sit-down Christmas for me, wife, and in-laws. Rib roast (2.5 hrs @300 F in the BGE), pureed cauliflower, sautéed beans/bacon/mushrooms, scalloped potatoes, béarnaise sauce. Crème Brûlée for dessert (no pic).

That's what I making Wednesday night. Tonight: Omaha steaks hamburgers. My wife's cousin sent us the $99 Omaha steaks pack. So we're trying the burgers tonight.
