Pasta sauce. It went in the oven this morning a 225° for slow baking. Now ready for dinner and some tubs for the freezer.

Coleslaw with cabbage, carrots, celery, EVOO, Balsamic vinegar and some sugar.
And a mini 2 layer lasagna with a couple of pasta slices cut in half to fit. Homemade sauce, cottage cheese and mix cheddar blend topping. |
