For example, this restaurant used to have a barria udon dish on their menu; the pollo karaage (which takes traditional japanese-style karaage chicken and mixes it with mexican-american citrus flavors) was out of this world!

Another good example would be the Kogi truck that has been dominating the LA food-truck scene for a while: https://kogibbq.com

Highly recommend checking out the sawtelle area in Los Angeles if you're a foodie and into this kind of fusion food!

Incubator

(crock pot) fresh Italian sausages from a local farm, with palm hearts pasta and some low-sodium/sugar jarred pasta sauce. After 10 hours in the incubator with some chicken bone broth to keep them moist, those bangers were the most tender ones I have ever eaten.....

Scrambled eggs with onion, pre-cooked defrosted salmon (cold), some bread, a can of soup, and cold brew coffee.

Someone had to get through all the leftovers
