Oh, I remember. First SLR was a Canon AT-1 bought from the PX in '77.

I feel like a junior (even if i'm 35!) with my first DSLR being my D5000. But It didnt count since I was using it basically like a P&S in auto mode all the time.

I havent got into real DSLR photography until I got my D7000 in late 2011. So I guess you can call me rookie!

Shot this from inside my car with the 70-300 ... forgot to turn on IS (duh!) but still like the colors enough to keep it.
