I can understand why you rarely eat steak if you eat it well done. I'm not a big steak person like I used to be, but anything past medium-rare isn't worth eating in my humble opinion. Guessing you wouldn't like carpaccio.

I'm pretty much over "american" food at this point. It's so painfully boring. Greek/Pakistani/Indian/Thai/Sushi............I'll take that over a burger and fries, a steak, etc.

Not a fan of the raw meat inside the steak hence normal slices and you can't beat some dijon mustard next to it.I must say I don't blame you going to alternative foods...Indian and Thai, well now you're talking!

We have a fantastic Greek/Israeli place a few miles from us that was on TV a few years ago. Then have a killer Palestinian place and Thai place just down the street from my old office.

Thankfully we can get them all with Postmates if we've had a few adult beverages.
