just a little update...i've been taking half the recommended dose of hydroxycut for a week now with very little side effects except for having to drink an ungodly amount of water to stay hydrated.

on another note, i've lost 6 lbs in this one week alone.

I think any sort of drugs like this is like putting tunes in our cars. It makes it run harder and faster beyond what factory specs has called for. Honestly, I don't think that any stim-based fat burners are really needed unless your are in single digit BF... they should be used to help push that last little bit when most of your weight loss is already done and you need a push to help keep your energy levels up in the gym. i'm just going to keep doing gym and diet. all those pills were doing is making me drink insane amounts of water and pee 30x a day, along with some energy boost.

So they sell 1 million bottles of various Hydroxycut variations per year and you think 23 cases of adverse effects is significant? More people die from aspirin.

No doubt most, if not all of these 23 cases are from idiots with the 'more is better' mentality. Too much of anything is bad.
