We are trying out Freshly for a few weeks. We end up buying a lot of groceries that go to waste because we get lazy and go out something or order something in.

And the fiance is starting her MBA next month. We both work full-time from home and have 4 animals. So we are going to see if it's worth the money to have easy, relatively tasty meals, ready to go. And they are fairly well-balanced meals with reasonable portion sizes so the calories are actually pretty good.

Carbonara made with real Guanciale? Looks great. I'm thinking about making a carbonara but want to do it authentic. Gotta find a place around me that has guanciale tho.
