Had wanton pho with egg noodles. Didn;t eat much of the noodles, because we also get a House fried rice. Fill spoon with that, dip in pho, ummmmm!!!!!!!!!

Got nice piece of fresh Opah from the fancy grocery down the street and baked it with some arrabiata and fresh mozarella, sauted some beans and mushrooms, and added Costco spinach ravioli with fresh pesto cream and little softened tomatoes.

My wife loves to cook, she did homemade Margarita Pizza yesterday, the dough took about 8 hours to prepare. She was a bit concerned that the recipe was pretty complicated, 3 pages of her cookbook and that it might not work out but I'm here to tell you they were fantastic.

Yup. The thing is pretty much idiot proof. Perfect for thicker cut steaks so I don’t have to use the oven. Planning to use it for chicken breast and pork chops soon.
