Haven't made this in a while. So darn good! Fresh Indian spices, chickpeas and other goodies. On Basmati rice. Garnished with fresh cilantro and red onion. Served with mint chutney (not pictured). |

Thanks, I'm excited to learn. I did it all with a rolling pin back in the day but was enough work to give up but the attachments for the kitchen aid make it a lot easier.
I have a boss pork sugo and a Bolognese that I can't wait to make my own pasta for. |

Went to out fave restaurant yesterday, a Harvester with no fancy waiters or Ramsey type pomp, just good food and plenty of it.
I had double chicken breast pieces on skewers served with a bbq sauce, f/fries and unlimited salad in a side bowl, went down well with a diet Coke and water. Booking beforehand saves a wait and the big car park is an extra plus. |

Tears and frustration that I am too lazy to cook something, but I want to eat, so I have to cook myself pasta like carbonara or something with pesto, or any meat, I like steaks closer to the Japanese version.
