Smoky and hot, lots of forest fires around and it hasn't rained of any significance in weeks.

No grass cutting so that's nice, but feel bad for the farmers.

The overnight low here was 49F, and our AC has been off with windows open every night for several days. Forecasts are mid-upper 70's through mid-week, so there will probably be several more windows-open evenings coming up.....

Just a little undercoat brushing.

Samoyeds aren't double coat dogs. They have triple coats, the hair near the skin being a bit like duck down.
