Top notch flavor. Tangy Raclette is used in place of reblochon which is not legally available in the U.S.

Potatoes
Cauliflower
Partly caramelized onions
Bacon
Heavy cream
Raclette cheese
Topped with freshly grated parmesan

Served with salad, grapes for dessert.
