My current tactic is to find stuff locally, then plan out a fun route to go and get it all. I originally came up with the general plan during COVID when I was shopping for my parents with their oh-so specific list of what to buy and where to buy it; it wasn't until I showed them a few pictures of completely empty aisles in WalMart that they started to get the idea. But I made the best of it, and now I make a bit of a game of it. I find stuff, then I go and get it, on fun roads, in a fun car. |
