Thanks all for your prayers and support. I don't feel so alone knowing that so many people are praying and thinking of Sara.

Sara is making progress. Apparently, high blood pressure or something else may cause pressure on specific nerves in the brain at this point. Sara suffered two blackouts within a week prior to her brain surgery. The doctors said her next blackout will be her last. The doctors are fairly certain that something will cause pressure on those nerves soon which is why they don't expect her to live to the end of the year. Sara is lucky because most people with her condition are brain-dead according to the doctors. Everyone is trying to comfort Sara obviously and do what needs to be done to take care of Sara's daughter after Sara's passing.

Personally, I'm hanging in there. I'm doing much better than I was a week ago and have let go of the hope that we will have a life together here. I have a good moments and bad moments, but overall I'm improving.

I'm being a little selfish here, but do you have a picture of her you can post up for us? The fact that she's braving these last few months of her life with your support is really something to appreciate and perhaps seeing a picture of her would make us relate more to her.
