What's For Dinner Tonight?

“Athens-style” Greek salad

Inspired by Greek salad I had in tavernas in Athens last November.

“Secret” ingredient is LOTS of oregano.

Tomato
Green bell pepper
Onion
Kalamata olives
Feta
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Oregano
EVOO

With grilled Chaldean flatbread. Dessert was a fresh mango, surprisingly good. Very tangy, sweet but not overly so, and not bitter or sour.

p.s. pls look past the chipped bowl…the horror!
