One of my favorite "ezee-peezy" dishes. Shrimp stir fry...My usual rice takes 45 ish minutes to cook. This rice is 10 minutes, and 10 to rest. About the same time (10 minutes veggies, 4 minutes for the shrimp) for the veggies and shrip to cook).

Garden salad
Arugula with Pepperoncini, Kalamata olives, Parmesan, tomatoes, sliced onions and cucumbers, generously EVOO’d with freshly squeezed lemon juice and S&P. With grilled Chaldean flatbread and fresh corn on the cob. Everything was great, the corn was excellent! Fresh cherries for dessert. |

D'oh...I realized I was almost halfway through my steak fajita when I realized that I'd forgot to take a pic. With nacho scoops with re-fried beans, sour cream and a touch of hot sauce.
