Steel head trout - Broiled w/ garlic jalapeño seasoning
Rice - Fried jasmine/quinoa combo w/ soy sauce; Thai spicy seasonings
Asparagus - Roasted; lightly seasoned

This evening, I just took a frozen store-bought stuffed cutlet and added tomatoes and cheese and baked for thirty minutes. Not fancy but I was hungry. I supposed I could have given this "dish" a French name and lined it with exotic escargots carefully collected by Ama divers for some extra pizzazz and presentation.

Did I say I as hungry?
