Since I'm moving Sept 6 I'm boxing up stuff and moving/shuffling boxes around and loading them into the bed of the Ridgeline and hauling them to the garage for temporary storage to keep the apartment from becoming a box warehouse and my arms, back of my hands are becoming more bruised.
Same here. I keep telling Wifey that the docs are going to accuse her of senior abuse because of the bruising on my arms and legs.

Recently had my yearly physical and my hemoglobin count and hematocrit count are elevated to the point of being over the high end.

One of the symptoms is easily bruising of the skin. While I don't have a lot of bruising I have noticed that I do tend to bruise easily, not all the time though.

My doctor sent me to an Oncologist/ Hematologist to rule out any blood issues and she found no underlying issues. Actually drank some fluids the morning of my appointment and she repeated my blood work. Levels were back down a bit so she indicated (same as my Urologist and Kidney Doctor) that I am probably dehydrated and need to drink more fluids.

Looking back at ten years, my levels have always been high and it's basically because I tend not to drink a lot of fluids.

Always thought that some of the bruising was because of age, but I guess it may possibly be the fact that my Hemoglobin and Hematocrit numbers are high. Just going to try and hydrate more, keep an eye on my levels and see if they come down. And see if the bruising reduces.
