Sadly, the local farm where my DW gets all of our chicken apparently had to cull their flock because of bird flu, so it might be a while.....

Yes, pepperoncini are more tangy than hot to my palate. There is some bite that quickly dissipates. Nothing like a jalapeno, thai chile, habanero or similar.

In the US they are available whole or sliced, packed in vinegar. Sliced is easier to use a smaller quantity to manage the heat.

R’evolution New Orleans. Best meal we’ve had in a while. Started with lobster onion bisque. Then Filet Mignon with Bernaise and duck fat fingerling potatoes, which were unreal. Crab risotto to share. No dessert. Too full. Blanton’s on a big cube.

Yesterday I was off work, but it was the wife's first day back in almost a year of carpal tunnel.
Boiled some wheat rigatoni while sautéing chicken bits in a jar of sun-dried tomatoes. Added peas and broccoli as I drained the rig. Sprinkle liberally with large slices of parmesan. Would eat again!
