Sautéed seafood: shrimps, calamari, octopus, mussels, scallops. Driving blind lesbians crazy for miles.

The sauce: white wine, EVOO, butter, lemon zest and pulp, peppercorn, sea salt, parsley. Reduced to half.

Black ink pasta al dente. 8 minutes. Three servings.
