Pane di semola

1/3 white all purpose, 1/3 semolina rimacinata and 1/3 semolina meal. My standard bread formula, and I change the grains to suit my mood. I rotate between white, whole wheat, semolina, rye and spelt.

Together with chili con carne from the freezer, made with Christmas rib roast.

p.s. apologies for the photo orientation. Apple knows how to display the correct orientation.

I load from my desk top (MacPro). While the pics are always in the right orientation on my computer, I always rotate them 360 degree and that is the end of posting side way.

Store bought puff pastry is excellent.

Also, Bruno Albouze on YouTube has videos on how to make both inverted puff pastry, claimed to be easier, and the traditional puff pastry.

Went with a Mushroom sauce for the first time because I had mushrooms I needed to use. It came out great!

I’m sure your right. That’s where my grandparents were from.

Whenever I have this is reminds me of my mother and grandmother.

Good stuff and freezes well. That food saver machine is great.
