I put four ribeyes in the fridge with pink salt and a sweet mesquite rub yesterday. With a generous amount of jack/diet, this should be a good Monday dinner!!!

Looks like I can get a variety of St-Hubert products on Amazon. Is the dry mix as good as the canned gravy?

We do have cheese curds here, but I haven't found the good, squeaky kind yet.

Never tried it but my guess and advice would be to use boiling water and use an electric mixer to get rid of lumps until smooth. Powder normally use a lot of starch as a thickening agent. Get the can.
