But does it include those teambosses who are technically not employees but stakeholders and get income out of extra stock or stock dividend instead of a normal salaries as in a wage?
For example Lawrence Stroll and possibly Toto Wolff
That was my question. If that's not included in the costcap it's not really fair compared to teams who's teambosses are employees and get a wage like Horner and Vasseur (amongst others).

You’ve got to be a hard core fan to watch a 90 minute interview. But this is definitely worth a watch.

Also stop the hate on Lance. He’s outperformed Fernando a number of times recently. Also one of my the nicest guys on the grid as far as interacting with fans etc. Our car is just crap at the moment.

He feels it. One of my friends was at F3 level, superb driver. He was even the e30 m3 test driver at one stage down here. He rates Lance highly. Plus when I was in Melbourne our pit walk guy said Lance is pretty much the nicest most accomodating driver on the grid. So much hate from people because he has a great dad.
