Who built that thing? If the back fence withstood the storm, then this one clearly wasn't built properly with posts at least 4ft deep.

Right? That was 50 years old--totally rotted. My back fence blew down two years ago..just a matter of time until this and I still have an old one on the other side.

Shit, have you seen what is going on in CA now, especially Norcal? Reservoirs so full they are releasing water. There is only a small portion of CA in the south that is still in drought category. The rest of us are clear. San Jose has dropped drought restrictions. Snowpack is huge...just yuuuuggge. I think they are waiting til April for the official end of drought proclamation. Funny, how it takes one winter to end a 5 year drought.
