Going to Clearwater FL for the week

Any recommendations where to eat / what to do? I'm in Clearwater for a seminar, staying in Clearwater Beach, I think.

Any tips?

Sweet, go to crabby bill's in clearwater beach and Guppy's on the beach and go to pirate golf! oh and the aquarium in tampa is awesome.

OK, Sure but from experiance you have to hit The SaltRock Grill, Excellent stuff. The Mystic Fish is excellent in Palm Harbor, just a ways north as well.

But make certain you hit the Salt Rock Grill, Excellent food.

OH and watch out for all the head case Scientologists. Their little brainwashing headquarters is down there.

Another Thumbs up for the aquarium, also, if you're in the Tampa area and you want a steak, hit up Burns. very Very Good...

was there last year and went to a local open fruit market and bought plenty of tropical fruits....yum yum

Check out International Plaza, it's north of Clearwater and no more than ~20 mins away. Very popular mall and some nice restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, Bamboo Club, and more).

+1 on Bern's

If you go, make sure you do the tour at the end of your dinner, it's well worth it!!! You get to see their kitchen and wine cellar, pretty impressive. They also have a separate dessert room upstairs (haven't been there yet lol). It can get pricey though $$$ check out their menu online.

right next door to tampa....go to ybor...it's gone downhill past couple of years but still worth it....or channelside.......city is awesome...if that isnt your scene...check out international plaza...otherwise...it's been said...also, go further south to sarasota...siesta beach...lots to do

That was some good shit!

Just got back from dinner, my team thanks you for the rec. 8 people, $900 later, not too bad.

Also hit Crabby Bills (thanks Nikki), Island Way Grill, and some random Iguana Bar. All very good, but so happy to be headed home tomorrow!
