RUS is a good driver. Maybe not always the fastest, but he has 'racecraft', and thinks out of the box during the race. Mainly strategically during the race (so when to pit, when not to pit what to communicate to his engineers, when to push and when not to etc) he's good (it's not directly his racecraft overtaking or blocking skills what I mean).
