I'm 42 and lucky enough to not notice any changes as of yet. Not saying that they haven't decreased but not enough to notice yet. The mental and physical aspect is simply due to lack of sleep. Four hours of sleep is simply not enough for a guy my age who never stops.

Ah shit yeah 4 hours is nothing haha. That's good you haven't noticed anything, and if you're ever curious blood panels are rather cheap and they can tell you all you need to know man

That a good you havent fallen apart yet. I started feeling it at 40 but keep fighting it. Still doing pretty damn well though.
