I actually hated this track because of how weird it looks with the paint lines all over the place, it's very annoying to look at.

However playing it on F1 2020 it's a super fun track hah.

Yeah and Magny Cours wasn't much better.

However there have been some exciting races in France and this fight for position is probably the best ever:

The latest from Merc is that hammy and BOT will SWAP chassis for this coming race though whether that involves complete car rebuilding..surely it's easier to just swap the cars?

Out of curiosity how much is the chassis? I’ve read the car costs around $12 million and $10 million is just the engine.

Horner has said that Wolf is not good with his staff and if it's true the cars are being completely re-built instead of just a swap then for sure Wolf has lost the plot.
Maybe the woman who runs Daimler should step in because this is a silly decision.

chassis is much cheaper than the engine.. engine is the most expensive component at the moment.. chassis must be below 1m..

They build the cars every race weekend, they don't ship them fully assembled.

I would think if they suspect anything is wrong they’d just get Bottas a new chassis considering they’re fighting for both titles and millions are at stake along with bragging rights. Its not like they’re short on funds.

So what's the source of this info? I can't see MB putting Hammy in BOT's chassis if they think something is wrong with it.
