Just salad.

Smoked fish from my Lake Michigan catch a month ago. With kalamata olives, EVOO, fresh squeezed lemon juice and S&P. Fresh strawberries for dessert.

Quick dinner made from scratch. Grilled pork chops with onions, portabella mushroom with fresh mozzarella and basil, beet salad with arugula and basil. All greens from our 5x3 backyard garden.

This was a "Crap" all day...

Burger for Breaky;

Subway for lunch; and

KD for Supper...

A 2 Lb special... Full KD box, 9 oz of dice tomatoes, spices (Italian, Red Flake Pepper and Black Pepper) and 2 slices of cheese on top

Someone doesn't seem impress

PS: The Red wine is not an option... Unless you don't mind early bypass.

Recipe from Bruno Albouze on YouTube

Entremet (tart or cake) with Michigan strawberries over almond cream with strawberry jelly and white chocolate ganache Chantilly. Pâte sucrée for the crust.

All the ingredients are present and contributing. The almond, vanilla, and white chocolate provide a smooth base for the tangy strawberries. Summer!

Wait wait red wine in moderation is good for the heart with a meal just make sure a glass of water follows afterwards.

Gherkin soup with cauliflower from the blender then cooked in the saucepan, delicious and ultra low calories.
Garlic bread is optional.
* Just a follow up on my gherkin soup,you need to use gherkins in brine from Polish deli shop..should have mentioned that before.

Yeah I'm a little confused over that remark. I've always heard red wine is good for your health including the heart as it contains potent antioxidants particularly resveratrol. Red wine is definitely better for your health than white wine.

However, as you stated, it's a good idea to drink water with any form of alcohol as to not get dehydrated.

Rarely have white wine now. Have the odd prossecco or better still champagne on special occasions or whenever we feel like it.
