….and they absolutely did. I purposely lolly-gagged so dinner would be later and I could avoid taking her to places I frequent more often (….I didn't want to be seen with her; word travels fast). Pretty much.

I just wanted to see if I could actually accomplish the feat since it was a tad brazen. She gave it to me without me directly asking for it. It's all sport though. I really do just want to be in a monogamous situation (…a "title" isn't necessary). I mean that. I really do. Lol!

Lol! I'm the "fattest" I've ever been and I still can see 4 abs.

COVID really sucked for us gym rats last year. I can't wait to squat, clean and bench tomorrow.

To get your 4-pack do you do cardio too or just weights and strength training? I do a mix of both but wondering what others do.

I lift A LOT, but I will do steady state stairclimber when I decide to cut. It is the most effective way to cut fat and minimize muscle loss; you'll always lose some during a cut though. When I used to do physique shows, my process involved a lot of compound movements with weight (…front/back squats, deadlifts, cleans, bench press, etc.) and without weight, such as pull-ups/chin-ups/dips. What works/worked well for my body was volume. Lots and lots of volume. I've played with my body a lot - especially during my personal trainer days - to figure out what's the most efficient way for me to maximize my genetics. My body also LOVES carbs. I consume a lot of them.

I weigh 195-ish lbs. right now, but my body truly likes 185-188 lbs. On stage I was 175 lbs. and I just felt too small. At 185-188 lb. I am ripped/lean/vascular, but not water depleted.
