Pizza!!

Seems I am on a Thursday vibe with pizza.

Crust - first time with Caputo Tipo 00, can’t find it anywhere in the food desert known as the American Midwest.

Fresh herbs: thyme, basil, oregano and rosemary

Salt, pepper, sauce, fresh mozz, caramelized onions, Brussels sprouts and parm

Funny because there is a flavor of Mountain Dew with melon (melon was mentioned in his post). I've had it. Trying all kinds of flavors these days. Wasn't too bad.

We just so happen to have a new one of these open right up the street from us.
While tasty, they are a tad overpriced for what it is.

A few carbs are good for you. They keep your brain sharp. I usually imbibe mine in the form of flavor blasted goldfish
