My brother came to visit me once, we here for more than a week. Said he had some online friends to catch up with. My brother is gay, a (very) large man, and I figured he was meeting a guy from the gay village. Didn't think anything of it. He was supposed to meet this guy, but never found him because he messed up where he was going.

About 18 months later, as macarthur hits the news, he sends me a screen shot of his communications and fuck me dead if it isn't macarthur! He was right up macarthur's alley, gay, tourist, etc..... dead set sent chills down my spine ffs.
That's some scary shit, I'm glad your brother got his directions messed up.

I think Succession is truly brilliant; however, might consider it to be an “acquired taste” based on one’s individual preferences.

Candidly, I never grow tired of watching it!

Different strokes for different folks I guess. EVen the wife though, who usually likes these "constant conflict" shows was finding it hard to watch after 1 episode. Other than the dad the cast is pretty poor, I dunno, just not doing it for us at all.

I think I watched one or two episodes when it first came out and it just didn't have much appeal for me. I was hopeful after watching the trailer. oh well.

Agree. My sister-in-law can’t stand the show either. Believes the acting is horrible.

Season 1 and 2 are some of the best TV in a long time. I'm halfway through 3 and it's down a notch but still better than almost anything out there.

While season 3, collectively, may not be the best, the season finale makes up for it!

Spoiler alert……….

number eight had that age old TV/movie formula of a lot of bad guys get killed and none of the good guys get really hurt. But overall a really good show. The lead was very well cast.

Okay, just finished ep 5 of Midnight Mass. I'm disturbed by what happened in ep 5. How can that happen to Riley!!?

I definitely didn't see this show going in the direction it has.

Finished the first season of Mayor of Kingstown on HBOMax. Something different and Renner plays the role well IMO

since we're talking Australian actresses and TV shows, I watched every episode of CHUCK just to see Yvonne Strahovski

I enjoyed this. Not a big fan of Renner but I thought he played the role well. Emma Laird is phenomenal in this.

Valhalla added to watch list after viewing 4 trailers. It was 10 minutes before bed so couldn't actually start an episode. I enjoyed the one on Discovery, this has the potential for a lot more brutality

Started watching it last night - still interested after the first two episodes, which is a good sign. Parallels can be made to the series “Lost”, but find it a bit more intriguing. And creepy, too. Some scenes, literally, gave me the chills.

Is this From? I couldn't open the link. If so, I'm liking it very much, appreciate the creepy vibes and the writing seems to make sense so far.
