But the difference in pace between Max and Checo was pretty extreme....

I wonder how it's possible that LEC was speeding in the pitlane.
I thought they had a special button on the steeringwheel that limits the pace. Did LEC let go too early (or pressed too late when entering)?

It doesn't matter anymore . It was already over for Charlie and Ferrari at Hungary .

MAX can win now all the remaining races of the season !

Can you believe the chaos at Ferrari?
Pitting Charles for softs to get the fastest lap. And one extra point.
While risking to lose position and two points to no less than Alonso. In the end Charles didn't even have the pace, even on fresh softs, by a wide margin. To complete the misery he got a 5s. penalty for speeding in the pitlane. Embarrassing.
