^^^I love CTM. It's my gauge of how good an Indian restaurant is. Although I've had some great CTM in Brit pubs before.

Had a wet (green chile) chicken chimichanga. Honestly, had to step aside, even though it was SOOO good. Just too much goodness to fit in my belly.

Additional bolus of insulin needed about 2 hours later . . .

Taco Tuesday out on the patio, since it was a nice warm evening. Pork tenderloin for a change, and grilled, uh... courgettes.

The cat had to settle for fish bits as the pork was far too spicy for him.

Went to Tip a Cop for Special Olympics (NOT quite like tipping cows, the cops have guns) and got a WONDERFUL Moroccan salad. Made a mistake in ordering steak on it, I could barely cut the steak with the knife. Snuck it into a napkin and took it to the dog. She has a lot more time to chew on meat than I do.

Couscous salad

A regular in our rotation. We first had this eating lunch al fresco at the castle wall in the old town of Korčula, Croatia. So good and so fresh. Great Balkan staple ingredients.

Couscous
Parsley
Canteloupe
Tomatoes
Feta (sub for the more appropriate Croatian sir cheese)
Crushed almonds
Sliced onions
Olives
EVOO
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
