No, he clearly still is. Max has struggled now that his car isn't the rocketship it was the last 2 years - making mistakes, screwing up. It's pathetic.

I keep pointing it out - 4th fastest car last season that was almost 2nd place in the WDC. People just like to pretend that he fell off since last season when it's really just Mercedes screwing him over and his overall disinterest in pushing hard for the team.

I look forward to next season when he's firmly destroying Charles, Russell is still mediocre, and Max is starts crashing because the pressure is on.
