Flautas, fresh guac, rice and corn. Tomatillo and poblano sauces in little cups for dipping. I only got through 3 of them.

I know it's not Friday, but I left a frozen ball of dough to defrost this morning. All I had to do when I got home was shape it, load it, bake it and eat it.

Loads of pepperoni, double cheddar and bits of green bell pepper.

Did BBQ today. I had Prickly Pear Jam and applewood bacon turkey breast, Mrs H and son #2 was over both had filet mignon. Accompanied by smashed potatoes and grilled corn on the cob. A great meal if I do say so myself. It all timed out perfectly. Love it when that happens!
