Hagerty's is similar.

"...Is maintained primarily for use in car club activities, exhibition, parades, other functions of public interest or for a private collection; and

Is used only infrequently for other purposes."

And it has a "Regular use vehicle requirement."

"...You must own a 'regular use vehicle' which must be insured by a separate insurance policy which must be in effect for the entire time this policy is in effect. In no event will this policy serve as your only auto coverage."

I just renewed my policy & there are no use restrictions listed anywhere in policy declarations. The pic I posted above was from the initial application a few years ago. Even on their website it just says must be used for "pleasure driving" and not as a daily driver. Every time I drive it is "pleasure" driving

"Frequently" is their out. They can make up any number they want to be deemed "frequent"

We all know insurance companies are scum. I don't get a good feeling so may as well stay with State Farm.

I still have to call Hagerty to get final numbers & restrictions from my online quote

I am paying more than double that per yr for the Hellcat & Miata.

The CX-5 & beater 6 are on my wife's policy & she pays a lot less than I do.

Wait what? What is the agreed value on the Miata and what is the premium? And is that to participate in racing activities?

With State Farm, not an agreed value policy. No racing. Just a regular insurance policy

Well not apples to apples then, regular insurance is higher because it expects daily use.

"Frequently" is more than one, so considering they don't know how many times I drive my vehicle anywhere, I'm not worried if something happened the one time I drive it somewhere.

****I use Grundy for several of my collector cars. I have no restrictions as far as I know but I really hardly drive any of the cars all that much and they are all for agreed upon value.
