The RB isn't the 4th fastest, it's probably tied for 2nd fastest on average. Max's race was ruined by technical issues, pit stops and strategy. The car is tricky to drive, but Max knows that, it hasn't changed.
If it was the 4th fastest car, Yuki wouldn't even sniffed points this weekend.

but for Killed by Death I saw this comment:

Lewis can handle loose rear ends(sliding) just fine but the suspension needs to be stiff.

The Ferrari is being run with a softly sprung rear suspension with an unusually high ride height. This is a band-aid type of fix for their plank wear issue.

Hamilton has always had a very aggressive driving style. He asks for a lot from the car during the braking and turn-in phases of a corner.

He loves to take the car to the ragged edge. His natural talent and his ability to feel the car amazingly well is what makes this possible. Running a soft suspension setup at the rear dampens the "feel" that he gets through the car. His driving style is all about balancing the car on a knives edge. He can't do that if the car doesn't communicate with him (aka lack of feel).

The Mclaren's and Mercs he drove all had extremely stiff rear ends. The SF-25 was originally intended to run with a stiff rear end (like every other top car) but their plank wear issue has derailed those plans.

Hamilton kicked ass with the W14 that happened to have an extremely nasty rear end. Sliding is not a problem for him, the soft suspension is what kills him.

Despite RB box traffic lights failure and being stuck with softs for 28 laps at Bahrain, Yuki T got into Q3 and scored points there putting him into a positive mood for Jeddah.

With Piastri leading the way as the first repeat winner of 2025, all eyes are on how he handles the pressure. He has looked incredibly composed so far, and if McLaren can keep delivering a strong package, this could be a defining race for him. It will also be interesting to see how Norris responds, especially if the team dynamic starts to shift toward Piastri.

On a racing note, any predictions on when the claws come out between Norris and Piastri? They seem to be civil now but I wonder if that will be the case as the season goes on. It'll be a Macca 1-2 this weekend, no idea who wins though.

Norris has no aggression to him, that's why Max walks all over him. I never thought he had what it took to be a WDC. He complained years ago that Lewis had the fastest car, but now that he does he can barely win a race.

The car doesn't make the man, but it helps.

There's also the MAX factor with a car that will at least have all of it's brakes kosher and traffic lights with strat together in sync.

I tend to agree. To be a WDC in F1 you have to be a stone cold, ruthless assassin. I'm not sure Lando has that streak in him, but I know who does...

Lando is Landos' worst enemy..We said before that he could have just held on behind Max rather than trying to overtake him coming out of the pits..Stuff like this costs him honestly

Lando pressed his pit speed limiter too early . That's why he was going faster and suddenly right behind MAX and in the pitlane exit along MAX .
I still wonder , why Lando didn't got a penalty for that ..

But Lando tried to make his move anyway, but on the grass in a very expensive papaya lawn mower.

I like Lando , because he drives like a reckless Toy-Boy racer .
Don't get me wrong , Lando is extremely fast in the McLaren...
But at this moment he's in trouble , because he has to fight his own teammate O.Piastri.
The Mclaren is undisputed the fastest car in the last 2 seasons , this means both the McLaren drivers can win every race and win the 2025 WDC and WCC.

But , who from the 2 drivers will give it away ?
And as I said : A Ferrari war is coming up , but now I think also a Papaya war (!)
