There's a very old song with the lyrics 'If it ain't got that swing, it don't mean a thing' True for so many things nowadays where people chase after their own tails getting nowhere fast. Yuki hasn't got much time left to start 'getting it on' however much Honda want him to remain there.

So if the bell is for next year then by that time if MAX has an advantage there and if the Merc has got this slightly quicker hybrid it won't make much difference if the tyres can go longer?

OK . Q1 is on with a pleasant 27°C (track-asphalt temp. is 42°C today) and tomorrow Spielberg gets 32°C (!)
This means in the race the tire advantage is for McLaren again..
