Usually the call and the final decision is made by a strategy team watching non-stop the unusual situations in the race in a screen room .

That's fine but it was the wrong decision. I've said before that in Merc should that situation arise only Toto himself and no one else will tell his driver. RB let MAX badly down and as you know he doesn't forget easily. Horner fuked it up by agreeing!

Sure but the worst thing for MAX would be to rush in too quick with a grudge, I know Jos is egging him on and Toto looks like a changed person offering MAX champagne and strawberries behind closed doors but Vermuelen will advise him accordingly.
