Indy cars have regulations to abide by, lol. There's actually quite a a few of these track specials that are in fact more powerful and more brutal on consumables than real race cars are.

That was way too much traffic. Was insane watching it reel in a senna, but really wanted to see that Pagani run next to them. Even then, its surprising to see them, because the Pagani guys usually just rent thermal or other tracks all to themselves and have the most insane track days you can imagine.
