LMAO don't even get me started!!! It's bad everywhere but I noticed that the females here are a tad bit more hot-blooded when behind the wheel. It's a strange anecdote but every time I see a couple driving, the majority of the time it's the female at the wheel.

I find roundabouts to be a 9.5 on the 10-point fun scale. I especially like the ones with no real curb on the inside, as they offer more flexibility in the path you can take if you're in the inside lane.

Wait what! People actually STOP at stop signs in LA???? Here you're lucky if they slow down enough to need SECOND gear to pull away.

They are called Rotary's in my neck of the woods and they are now taking out 4 way stops and putting them back in to lower congestion.

I live in Washington state just north of the Oregon border. Not too long ago 4 Oregonians ended up at a 4-way stop simultaneously, like to the thousandth of a second. Sad story though, they died from starvation…..yup, as a matter of fact they're still there now.

This. Roundabouts are so much easier to deal with in the UK than they are in the US. They're great time savers if drivers would just take a few minutes to learn how to use them. But giving serious thought to driving is asking way too much of American drivers. I wonder how a Tesla on autonomous drive would handle one.

Out here we have two-lane, four-way stops. They're nightmares.

Haha. I use “stop” loosely. We have something called the California Roll (it’s an actual coined term). Same lack of spatial awareness applies though.

We called it the "California stop" back in the day.

We have one here that has two lanes travelling east-west and three lanes travelling north-south. And some engineering genius decide that the best place to put this cluster f&*k is at the entrance to a Walmart! I avoid it at all cost during the Christmas shopping months.

There’s a roundabout by a Costco where we live, some of those drivers leaving Costco just ticks you off… then some drivethru traffic bombs through at 35+… lol

I love them, except when it’s commute/busy hours.
