I posted this before, but I don't think many people saw it, so I'm posting it here. I looked at the spy shot and drew it on top, and it looks like it will come out like this. What do you all think?

You obviously aren’t in business, either, and have little to no clue how this stuff works.

Yes, August 2026 - July 2033. That’s the typical BMW seven year life cycle.

Correct, it has always been scheduled to be a MY27.

The shape is giving off Toyota RAV4 mashed with Maserati Levante and a bit of Subaru Outback mixed in. Going to be tough to beat the current X5s handsome appearance.

Luxury is extremely dependant individual standpoints..
BMW need to step up their luxury game as adding black leather on doors and glass controls don't cut it anymore. I hope they take it to a proper luxury level like the old days.

I am relieved they didn’t use the interior from the IX on the new X5. Drove one for three weeks, drove nice, the audio does sound amazing, but gosh that interior besides the display looked like it came from an entry level car. Material wise, I think the X2 loaner we had a month ago was nicer. People that got in the car with me all said the same thing, is this really a BMW? They were then shocked when I told them yeah and the sticker is $104k as well. Now I know why they have such good lease deals.
So seeing the interior of the future X5 is a major relief. Not liking the exterior so much, some mentioned they squashed it like a pancake, they are making it look like a crossover station wagon instead of an SUV. Hope when the camo comes off it looks better. The X5 and X7 have always been more in the class like other SUV’s instead of a crossover, but looks like the X5 is falling out of that category. |
